Where is the Amazing screw-on head?

If you haven’t seen this, The Amaz­ing Screw-On Head is a comic book writ­ten by Mike Mignola, cre­ator of Hell Boy, and pub­lished by Dark Horse Comics. In 2006 an ani­mated pilot was pro­duced and pitched to the Sci-Fi Chan­nel, despite the bril­liance of its plot and the great act­ing tal­ent of Paul Gia­matti (Screw-On Head), David Hyde Pierce (Emperor Zom­bie), Molly Shan­non (Patience) and Pat­ton Oswalt (Mr. Groin) the chan­nel didn’t go for it and it never got made. The pilot was released on DVD but that was the end of it.

I remem­ber watch­ing this fan­tas­tic pilot a cou­ple of years ago and being charmed by the ‘three-centuries-ago’ feel­ing, both in time­frame and char­ac­ter design style. Even the tech­nol­ogy you see on it, seems to be of mod­ern con­cep­tion but devised with the machines exist­ing in that time. I wish some­one would come to his senses and pro­duce this. I know if I had the means I would!
